Take time out to focus on your unique abilities, recognise the strengths of your colleagues and channel your collective energy to let it shine!

After introductions and a short warm up you and your team will learn ten yoga poses, each with an associated quality such as wisdom, kindness, bravery or confidence. You’ll reflect on which pose represents you and why, before sharing your appreciation for the strengths of your colleagues through the positive poses you have just learnt to build confidence and encourage team bonding.

You will then harness these positive thoughts and attributes in a yoga practice as our hatha yoga specialist guides you on a journey that unifies chosen poses into a flow of dynamic movement that represents your team strength and talents while improving posture, strength and flexibility in the body.

Ending with a relaxing mindfulness exercise focused on gratitude for your shared attributes and team talents, you will leave refreshed, rebalanced and focussed on the positive potential of the opportunities ahead. Together.
